Accessibility Statement
What this means — plain-English summary, not legally binding; the full text below governs.
- We want MyEverAddress to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology.
- We are building the site and app toward the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines.
- Some parts may not be fully accessible yet; we are working on it.
- If something doesn’t work for you, tell us and we will help and fix it.
1. Our commitment
Accessibility is part of how we build MyEverAddress. We want people of all abilities — including those who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology — to be able to understand the service, try the demo, and manage their mail.
2. Standard we work toward
We are designing and building the website, demo, and application toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic structure and headings, form labels and clear errors, sufficient color contrast, text alternatives for meaningful images, support for reduced motion, screen-reader announcements for important changes, accessible modals and charts, and touch targets sized for comfortable use.
3. Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we add features, we test with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader review. Some areas may not yet fully meet our target, and third-party components or content may have limitations. We treat accessibility issues as defects to be fixed.
4. Feedback and help
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need help using any part of the Service, please contact us at accessibility@myeveraddress.com. Tell us the page or feature, what happened, and the assistive technology and browser you were using, if you can. We aim to respond promptly, provide an accessible alternative where possible, and work to resolve the issue.
5. Changes
We may update this statement as our accessibility work progresses. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
