Features

The mailbox workflow we're building.

Explore how an activated account is intended to review mail and request supported actions. The interactive demo is fictional; it does not prove that every feature is available to customers today.

Account activation and available features depend on identity review, postal authorization, address availability, operational readiness, and confirmed billing terms.

See & receive

See what arrived before you touch it.

  • Customer mailbox

For an active account, checked-in items can appear with recipient, receipt date, image state, and current status.

  • Envelope image

An exterior image can be added during staff check-in before any authorized opening.

  • Status updates

Production notifications will be described only for events and channels that have been operationally tested.

Decide & act

Your mail, your instructions.

An active item can expose only the actions that policy and operations support. Opening, shipping, and irreversible disposal require an authenticated request and confirmation.

  • Open & scan

Request opening and scanning only when that workflow is enabled; status must reflect the real staff process.

  • Forwarding

Request forwarding only after the destination, available method, postage, handling, and final total are shown.

  • Consolidation

Grouping items is a planned option whose availability, timing, and fee must be confirmed before use.

  • Packages

Package acceptance is not assumed. Supported carriers, item limits, storage rules, and fees must be confirmed for an active account.

  • Discard or shred

An irreversible request must explain its effect, apply the approved waiting period, and be recorded before staff completion.

  • Holding

Any included holding period, longer storage availability, and fee must be confirmed in the active account's terms.

  • Return to sender

Return availability depends on the item, postal rules, handling policy, and any disclosed fee.

Understand — mail intelligence

Preview mail intelligence in the fictional demo.

The demo uses deterministic fictional fixtures to preview summaries, bill tracking, dates, search, and reports. Production analysis of customer documents is not available until its private pipeline and provider terms are implemented and reviewed.

  • AI summaries

A short, plain-language summary of each authorized document — the sender, the point, and what it may need from you.

  • Bill tracking

Detected bills gathered in one place with amounts, due dates, and how this month compares to your history.

  • Deadline detection

Response-by dates, renewal dates, and expirations pulled out and added to your deadlines view.

  • Renewal monitoring

Insurance, registrations, memberships, warranties, and subscriptions tracked so renewals don't sneak up on you.

  • Coupon & offer detection

Coupons, discounts, and promotions spotted and flagged with their expiration — clearly separated from ordinary ads.

  • Monthly reports

A monthly picture of what you received, what it cost, what's trending, and where you might save.

  • Search

Search across everything you've scanned — by sender, amount, date, or a word on the page.

  • Document vault

Your authorized scans, filed by sender and category, ready to retrieve when a form or an office asks for them.

See mail intelligence in depth

These are fictional demo capabilities, not production customer results. Automated summaries can contain errors and are not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.

Accounts & access

Recipient options depend on the activated plan.

  • Household recipients

Recipient count, eligible names, identity requirements, and any additional charge must be confirmed before activation.

  • Business recipients

Business-name eligibility and administrative controls are available only when included in the activated plan and compliance review.

  • Mobile interface

The fictional demo shows the intended small-screen experience; production actions depend on the live customer workflow.

Oversight & trust

Statuses should match real staff work.

  • Action records

Production mail requests require server-side records for receipt, status changes, staff completion, and customer-visible outcomes.

  • Operational review

Unclear recipients, damaged mail, and unusual items need an explicit staff-review path before the service accepts them.
