Our mission

Give mobile people one dependable mailing address they can keep while service remains active.

More people than ever live between places — on the road, at sea, overseas, or simply between homes. The mail system was built for people who stay put. EverAddress is being built to close that gap with an assigned mailing address and a customer-visible mail workflow after identity, postal authorization, address availability, operations, and billing are ready.

Founders & operators

The people making the promise are responsible for the operation.

EverAddress was founded by Anthony and his wife around a practical problem: a life that moves still produces important paper. The goal is not simply to redirect envelopes. It is to give customers a dependable record of what arrived, what they asked for, and what happened next.

That is why the product is designed around deliberate authorization, visible status, and claims that stay inside the evidence. A customer should never have to guess whether an envelope was opened or whether a request is still waiting.

What we believe

The principles we build on.

  • Trustworthy before futuristic

You're handing us tax documents, legal notices, and personal letters. Earning that trust comes before any clever feature.

  • Customer authorization comes first

The service is designed so eligible mail is opened only after an authenticated request. Other actions appear only when their workflow and policy are released.

  • Honest by default

We say what we do and what we don't. No inflated badges, no promises we can't keep, no fine print designed to trip you up.

  • Human review where it counts

The product is designed so exceptions and physical handling move through an accountable staff workflow instead of being disguised as instant automation.

Who we serve

Built for people whose address keeps changing.

Full-time RVers and seasonal travelers. Digital nomads and remote professionals. Long-haul truck drivers, traveling nurses, and military families. Liveaboard boaters, expatriates, and traveling retirees. Small businesses and online sellers who need a professional address. And anyone simply between homes. Different lives, one shared need: a mailing address that stays put while everything else moves.

How we operate

What must be true before service is activated.

  • Registered CMRA

Registered with the Post Office responsible for delivery as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency. Registration is not USPS endorsement or universal address acceptance.

  • Dawsonville package pickup

Eligible packages are held in a locked office area at 462 Memory Lane, Suite 120, Dawsonville, Georgia. Pickup is available Sunday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; closed Saturday. Item eligibility and any fees are confirmed separately.

  • Documented onboarding

Identity evidence and the required postal authorization must be reviewed before mail can be received for an account.

  • Private-data path

Sensitive uploads and mail images stay disabled until private storage, authorization, retention, and staff controls are implemented and tested.

  • Clear entitlements

Recipient limits, plan features, fees, support terms, and operational availability must be confirmed before purchase.
