Activate an assigned mailing address
Complete identity, postal, eligibility, availability, legal, operational, and billing gates first.
For service members and military families
After approval and activation, an assigned mailing address can give eligible ordinary correspondence one longer-term destination while the account remains active. It does not change legal residence, voting, tax, or military-status rules.

A THANK-YOU FOR SERVING
EverAddress’s ongoing service-member rate is 50% off the standard recurring base-plan fee for verified active-duty, National Guard, and Reserve members.
It is not limited to a launch period.
Postage, handling, usage charges, add-ons, taxes, and third-party fees are not discounted and will be confirmed separately. The service-member rate replaces other percentage plan discounts rather than stacking with them.
Eligibility verification and paid activation are not open yet. Once available, the discount must appear in the final price summary before any charge is authorized.
The military-move mail problem
PCS moves can require another round of address updates while important ordinary mail is still in transit.
An OCONUS assignment can separate a household from ordinary stateside correspondence that still needs attention.
A deployment can leave one household member handling paper correspondence from far away.
Some notices genuinely can't wait — and a mail gap during a move is exactly when they arrive.
How it fits military life
Illustrative post-activation flow. Only actions confirmed for the account and item are available.

Household names, identity requirements, access, and any fees must be confirmed in the activated plan.
An active mailbox is intended to show eligible items after staff check-in.
Scanning and forwarding appear only when their protected staff workflow, policy, and pricing are active.
What matters through a move
Product preview: scanning, forwarding, packages, alerts, and document tools are available only when the activated account explicitly enables them.

Shared access depends on approved recipients, identity checks, role controls, and plan terms.
Eligible ordinary mail can keep using the assigned format between temporary stops.
The demo shows pre-authored dates; production customer-document analysis is not enabled.
When released, an authenticated scan request can put an eligible document into a reviewed staff workflow.
A day in the life
Fictional example — not a customer testimonial or production result.
In this fictional walkthrough, the Delgados review invented insurance and bank fixtures and simulate shared access, scanning, and package forwarding. It is not a customer result, same-day handling claim, package-service claim, institutional-acceptance claim, or promise that household access is released.
Worth knowing
Service members and families have specific rules for state of legal residence, voting, and taxes. A mailing address does not establish or change your legal residence or voting registration — keep those aligned with the rules that apply to you and the guidance available through your installation.
Whether an address is accepted for a given official purpose varies. Confirm requirements before relying on it for anything beyond receiving mail.
EverAddress is an independent private mail service, not a Department of Defense or USPS military-postal service. It does not replace an APO/FPO/DPO address or official military change-of-address process.
Identity evidence, PS Form 1583, recipient eligibility, address availability, approved agreements, operations, and billing must be complete first.
